Jimtown Store is a pit stop for many cyclists in training – lots of cute boys & girls in tights, as well as many veterans who ride for serious pleasure. We make our own energy bar for them. Chock full of salt peanuts, pumpkin, sunflower, sesame & flax seeds, unsweetened coconut & tangy dried cherries, bound together with house made organic peanut butter & honey.
