Olive Vinaigrette

  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup Jimtown Chopped Olive Spread
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Smash the garlic cloves, place all ingredients in a jar, and shake to combine. Keeps well under refrigeration.
