After-Hours Event Space

All evening events may start after 6:00 p.m. and must conclude by 10 p.m. Capacities may vary by area and by type of event.

Antique Room

Our charming Antique Room is perfect for hosting a seated meal or a standup reception party. Surrounded by unusual antiques, the room has a homey feel that makes it ideal for cooler-weather months. The Antique Room can accommodate up to 20 people for a seated meal; 40 for a standup reception.

Includes the following for seated meal up to 20 people:

  • Tables and chairs to accommodate the number of guests
  • Table coverings
  • Ironstone dishes, or Spatterware plates in assorted colors
  • Linen napkin, fork, knife & spoon per person
  • Wine & water glass per person
  • Stand up reception includes:
  • Wine, champagne and water glasses
  • Small plates and cocktail napkins

Jimtown Patio

Enjoy a lovely evening under the grapevine trellis on the Jimtown Patio, an ideal venue for spring, summer, and warmer autumn parties. Guests can relax al fresco while they celebrate your special occasion. The Jimtown Patio can accommodate up to 30 people for a seated meal; 40 for a standup reception.

Includes use of the following for up to 30 people:

  • Red picnic tables with benches attached
  • Oilcloth table coverings
  • Spatterware plates in assorted colors
  • Linen napkin, fork, knife & spoon per person
  • Wine & water glass per person

Stand up reception includes:

  • Wine, champagne and water glasses
  • Small plates and cocktail napkins

Rent Both Patio and Antique Room

Create an inviting space in the Antique Room for beverages and/or buffet table, and utilize the patio for a seated meal, or vice-versa. Great for larger receptions and informal meetings, the shared use of both spaces accommodates 60 for a standup reception.

Guests flow through all spaces and enjoy beautiful views of Alexander Valley from the stores’ large front windows. Beverage bars and food stations can be set up throughout the store.

Includes use of the following for up to 80 people:

  • The front of the store set up as a wine/beverage bar
  • Wineglass, cocktail plates & cocktail napkins for up to 80 people

Exclusive Use of Patio During Store Hours

We are happy to rent the patio as a buy-out for special morning or daytime events. The area may be rented for up to 4 hours. Additional overtime fees will apply for extended use.

Lunchtime 4-hour time frame: Must end by 4:00 p.m.

Breakfast menu minimum $20 per person.
Luncheon menu minimum $40 per person.

Use of the Jimtown Store as a venue requires the use of Jimtown Store Catering. Rental of event space does not include food, staffing, or additional services. If necessary, catering staff fees apply according to our terms and conditions. We are happy to provide you with an estimate.

Should additional equipment be needed, rental fees will apply. (i.e., linen tablecloths, additional wine glasses or champagne flutes, dishware, flatware trays, and platters).

Beer & Wine not purchased through Jimtown Store will be subject to a $6.00 per bottle corkage fee.
